Okay okay, this board is boring, so i'll try and restore it to it's former glory. Why not give us a hand with this brand spanking new, and hopefully regular feature,the 2001 (previously OCTOBER) competition.

This was prompted by the thread below, so here is another WHAT IF...?

IMAGINE THE SCENARIO
Doctor Who is still on TV every week. Load of viewers, prime time TV spot, lots of daleks etc, but! The latest incarnation of the Doctor has decided that its time to move on. Afterall he's been playing the timelord for over 3 years now. He wants to broaden his horizons, make a few low grade budget movies etc.... But there is another problem, the Doctor has in fact reached his last incarnation, yes that's right, he has reached the end of his lives!

THE QUESTION
How would you get the producer out of this one? Doctor Who is a multi-million pound venture selling bucket loads of merchandise with HUGE viewing figures across the world. Surely you can't just cancel the show because the Doctor's run out of lives can you?

Will the Doctor just die? Will there be a spin-off series instead? The possibilities are endless........

THE PRIZE
As will be normal for these competitions, there will sadly be no prizes, its all just for fun! But you can rest in the knowledge that you beat the rest of us. It would also make an interesting conversation at the pub... "I remember the time I won the OCTOBER competition on the Doctor Who MessageBoard". Okay seriously now, get posting......!
